It is hard to believe that a repeat Client of ours engaged Trident in the Spring of 2017 as OPM to advise them and oversee this fantastic and impressive Project in Southern New Hampshire. This project was a vision of the President/CEO of Edgewood that was brought forth when were just finishing their first major expansion project at their Edgewood Continuing Care Community campus in North Andover, MA. Her vision is becoming reality in a big way!

Since 2017, we have had 2 different sites, 2 different design teams, and 2 different CM/Builders. Designs were modified and budgets managed to meet the vision and quality associated with this Client’s reputation for outstanding facilities and services. Add this to the impacts that COVID-19 had on our nation and on our Project – it was a series of tests and battle that has been won.

The peaks and valleys were well managed under the direction of the Client as advised and facilitated by Trident as OPM, with a hard-working, hard-hitting Project Team including Dimella-Shaffer Architects, Harvey Construction Company, Hiltz Excavation, SMRT Inc., Crowley-Cottrell, Miller Engineering & Testing, UTS, John Turner Consulting, Millennium Engineering, and more.
