New Hampshire firm announces Hiring of Chief Operating Officer and an Assistant Project Manager as the firm experiences continued growth
SALEM, N.H. – Trident Project Advantage Group, one of the leading Owner’s Project Management firms in New England, announces that Joseph Reilly has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer and Project Executive, and Caitlin Horan as Assistant Project Manager.

Working in the construction industry for 34 years, Joseph Reilly has a broad range of experience in areas of owner’s project management, construction management and direct general contracting. Work experience highlights focus in market sectors such as aviation, educational, healthcare, office, residential, cultural and government projects. He has been involved with numerous very successful and high-profile projects, most recently including Northeastern University’s $205 Million award winning Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex (ISEC); Delta Air Lines award winning $380 Million, Terminal “A”; Steward Health Care’s $100 Million Five-Site Initiative; Bridgewater State University’s $62 Million award winning Weygand Residence Hall as well as numerous other unique, challenging and successful projects. These and other projects have demonstrated his mastery of project operations, financial and schedule management, team building and the requirements for successfully completing projects within and adjacent to continually-occupied facilities on constrained sites, along with many requiring strict security requirements.
Ms. Caitlin Horan has over five years of project experience in Design and Construction. Prior to joining Trident this year, she undertook an internship with Trident in 2009. Upon graduation, Caitlin worked as a Project Manager at an architectural firm in North Andover, MA. During this time, Ms. Horan’s clientele included developers, schools, and various non-profit organizations with responsibilities including preconstruction services, design services from project conception through construction administration, closeout and presentation of projects to City boards for approval, and directed project meetings with Owners and construction teams. Her current project assignments at Trident include clients such as Tufts University, Edgewood LifeCare Community, Pelham NH School District, and several NH Tax Credit projects being undertaken by Gino Baroni and project partners. Caitlin has achieved the honor and recognition AIA status with registration as an Architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
