Trident to lead project management of Second Phase of Chandler Place Apartments in Plaistow, New Hampshire
SALEM, N.H. – Trident Project Advantage Group, one of the leading owner’s project management firms in New England, continues onto Phase II of the Chandler Place Apartments as Owner’s Project Manager. This will complete the thirty-nine (39) LIHTC project awarded under the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (“NHHFA”) to the Developer/Owner Chandler Place Apartments II Limited Partnership. Phase I was rented quickly with a long list of waiting applicants that quickly triggered the need for Phase II funding and construction. The project has been designed with green building concepts and low impact site improvements.
“Delivery of Chandler Phase II will complete our efforts on this much needed residential community in Plaistow, NH,” Trident’s founder and managing principal Gino Baroni said. “Not only are we Owner’s Project Manager on this important undertaking, I am a co-Owner with Stephen Lewis and Timothy Kleiner. We take our projects seriously in quality, resident experience, and long-term operational efficiencies. Trident Project Advantage Group will work closely with the ownership group; with NHHFA, Royal Bank of Canada, and Citizens Bank which are involved in the tax credits and funding of the project; the architectural firm of Burnell-Johnson of Manchester, NH; the civil engineering firm of TF Moran of Bedford, NH; and Gary Chicoine Construction Company of Weare, NH.
Among Trident’s previous and current projects are the $1.2 Billion 120-acre Tuscan Village development in Salem, NH; the $150 Million Independent Living and multi-use Edgewood at Woodmont project in Londonderry, NH; the Ultra-Luxury Kellingrove Estate condominium project in Salem, NH; projects at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA as well as Tufts University in Medford, MA, and services for several non-profit organizations.
The first phase of 25 units plus community center of Chandler Place Apartments was completed in 2017. The second phase of 14 units is being constructed adjacent to the first phase and will complete this residential community. Future residents are expected to occupy Phase II units in June of 2019.
