Trident Continues its Trusted Relationship as Owner’s Project Manager to the Pelham NH School District

New Hampshire firm to lead project management of the proposed Pelham NH Memorial School Project

SALEM, N.H. – Trident Project Advantage Group, one of the leading owner’s project management firms in New England, continues its many years serving as the Pelham New Hampshire School District Owner’s Project Manager and will oversee the due-diligence effort for the planned Memorial School Improvements project in preparation for Town approval in March 2020. Trident has been involved with several of the District’s school projects through due diligence, Town Votes, and design and construction.  Recently Trident was involved with the completed $22.6 Million, 45,000 SF addition and renovation to the existing High School and the Pelham Middle School project. Trident also served as the Owner’s Project Manager on the Pelham, NH Fire Department’s new Facility constructed as part of the Town Green complex.

“The Pelham School District has worked with Trident on numerous projects, big and small, over the past several years and found them to be a professional, thorough and knowledgeable team that works tirelessly for their customer. As the Owner’s Project Manager on various District projects, we have found them to be crucial to the success of our projects through the planning and preparation stages all the way to the completion phase,” Amanda Lecaroz, Pelham, NH School former Superintendent stated. “Their attention to detail and ensuring District interests were protected was paramount to the successful completion of these projects.” “It was a true pleasure working alongside of Superintendent Lecaroz,” Gino Baroni, Owner and Principal of Trident, stated. “She provided leadership to her staff and direction to the project timely by her ability to understand the issues at hand, formulate her approach, and deliver it to the project team to implement.”

The Pelham Memorial School Improvements Project is intended to comply with the requirements of the 21st century educational experience program. There is much work needed to be undertaken by the project team under the leadership of Superintendent William Furbush and his project team. In addition to Trident as the Owner’s Project Manager for the District, the current team includes designation of Harriman Architects and Engineers based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The next step is distribution of a RFQ/P for the CM/Builder firm to join the project team. This will allow a thorough effort of identifying existing conditions, development of a proposed design that meets the education requirements, and development of a firm budget for the intended project. This Town Vote is scheduled for March 2020.
