Trident was selected by the Town of Salem New Hampshire to provide OPM services in support of Master Planning Town building facilities assessment, needs, sequencing, and procurement of consultant/contractor services.
Trident has been engaged for several months on our OPM services working with the Municipal Building Advisory Committee (“MBAC”). After months of deliberation, the Town Hall was designated as the first project to be advanced. MBAC recently presented the next recommended sequence of Police Station then Fire Station efforts for the Salem Board of Selectboard’s review and direction. None of the projects will, at this time, move past the due diligence and pre-warrant vote requirements, following the successful cost effective approach utilized for the School District’s school upgrade master planning and delivery. Interesting to note, under the School District’s master planning, all seven schools have been upgraded with the last, the Woodbury Middle School, under construction at this time.
