New Hampshire firm announces completion of Central Catholic High School’s Café Space

SALEM, N.H. – Trident Project Advantage Group is pleased to announce the completion of Central Catholic High School’s upgraded café space.  The existing snack bar at the Memorial Gymnasium had long been underutilized and in need of renovation.  With the support of the project team, the snack bar has been transformed into a beautiful, modern and vibrant space for the students to utilize.

Central Catholic’s main goal in renovating this space was to activate it for use in the mornings and afternoons when students are waiting for the start of school or are partaking in after school programming.    Of utmost importance to the students was the ability to serve iced coffee, which has been accommodated.  Along with a new layout for the food prep area, the scope of work included updated finishes and new seating area.  This space will also be used by the parent booster association during sporting events to sell food and beverages and raise money for the school.

Working closely with the project team of Prellwitz Chilinski Associates (PCA) and Pimentel Construction Company, Trident Project Advantage Group ensured the vision for the new café was delivered on schedule and on budget.  Central Catholic is grateful for the donation of design services by PCA and Owner’s Project Management services by Trident.  The new café opens to students this month.
