In 2013, Trident was involved with our long-time client Central Catholic HS of Lawrence in plans for converting a natural turf field to a synthetic turf field along with a terrace area, bleachers, public restrooms and an equipment storage building. This allowed many home events at CCHS for the CCHS sports teams. The synthetic turf allowed a greater use efficiency, transportation cost savings, and more time for actual practices without the need to find off-campus venues – keeping activity and energy in the heart of Lawrence, MA.

A decade-plus later, the field is being upgraded with state of the art materials, including enhanced safety measures for players. We have a very tight schedule to meet so that when the school opens on the 1st week of September, the field will be ready for use.

We are working with the team of Chris Huntress Associates as a special consultant, and with Geosurfaces/Tencate New England as the contractor. Trident is honored to be Central Catholic of Lawrence’s Owner’s Project Manager since 2004.
