Trident has a large portfolio of residential projects. With the growing demand for both rental and ownership, a variety of products are being provided for 55 +, assisted living, independent living, workforce housing, and many other. Trident has been involved in over 6000 units of housing across the Northeast through the mid-Atlantic. Most recently, we have been involved in large independent living developments, which include assisted living units, dementia care, retail, in-house dining, entertainment and fitness areas to name a few. In addition, Trident is the owner’s project manager on the first premium luxury condominium development in Southern New Hampshire. Our variety of project experience is made available to our clients.
