What We Do at Trident

Firmly believing that an Owner’s Project Manager/Owner’s Representation engagement must be more than simply a typical technical consultant application or on-site Clerk-of-the-Works services, Trident assembles client driven and project specific senior level staff with a proven project delivery model geared towards that of a trusted program, business and process advisor to our clients. We are not Architects, Builders, or General Contractors.
