- Provide assistance to client’s legal counsel in preparing contracts.
Oversight and Management
- Oversee design, construction, and third-party consultants
- Review sustainability strategies, ROI, building methods, and materials
- Deliver full administrative management from inception to completion, including:
- Schedule monitoring, value engineering, and cost control
- Dispute avoidance and resolution management
- Design/construction claim analysis and recommendations
- Payment and invoice review/disposition
Technical Coordination
- Manage commissioning of project systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, security).
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
- Support procurement, move-in, and installation.
Project Closeout
- Ensure compliance with closeout requirements, records retention, and lender documentation.
Warranty Period Oversight
- Coordinate project team inspections prior to warranty expiration.
Lender Construction Inspections and Requisition Validation
- On-site inspections and correlation of Loan Draw-Down Requests
