
Founder & Managing Principal
With approximately 45 years of project management and development services experience, Gino Baroni is the Owner and Managing Principal of Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP. Mr. Baroni is responsible for client development, satisfaction, advocacy; assisting the Group’s Principals, Project Executives, and Senior Staff in (i) selecting potential project specific team members by participating in initial searches, reviews, recommendations for client assessments, and contract negotiations and administration oversight; (ii) managing and directing the Group’s respective staffing and project resource requirements; (iii) providing internal company risk management assessments and practices; and (iv) administering policies and procedures development and implementation. Mr. Baroni is skilled in site analysis and selection, construction management, scope/budget development, legal/contract review and negotiations, and building code and permitting processes.
Selected projects of Mr. Baroni’s involvement include Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA; One Lincoln Street office tower and garage in Boston, MA; the Ray and Maria Stata Center at MIT in Cambridge, MA; Terminal A at Logan International Airport in East Boston, MA; Edgewood Retirement Community CCRC, North Andover, MA; Kingsbury Hall Engineering and Science Facility at UNH, Durham, NH; Lawrence Boys and Girls Club, Lawrence, MA; VNA Hospice House, Haverhill, MA, and Tuscan Village Development, Salem, NH.

Senior Project Manager
David Mermelstein serves as a Senior Project Manager of Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP which provides a full array of Owner’s Representation and Project Management services from which a client can select for its specific needs and requirements. The Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP is focused on providing development, design, construction, and financial instrument procurement and administration services, from concept to completion, to private, institutional, governmental, and international clients.
Mr. Mermelstein has over thirty years of leadership experience in Design and Construction Management collaborating with teams to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects recognized with accolades and awards in architecture and historic preservation. His responsibilities span the full lifecycle of development projects of various scales and complexity with budgets in excess of $150 Million dollars. Recent projects include The Baldwin Senior Living Community, Londonderry, NH, Public Lobby Renovations at the Ritz Carlton Residences, Boston, MA, The New Pelham Memorial Middle School, Pelham, NH, Tufts University CoHo Junior and Senior Housing, Somerville and Medford, MA, Rivier University Science and Innovation Center, Nashua, NH, and The New Police Station and Phased Renovation of the Plaistow Fire Department, Plaistow, NH.

Senior Project Manager
Marc Lehoullier serves as a Senior Project Manager of Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP which provides a full array of Owner’s Representation and Project Management services from which a client can select for its specific needs and requirements. The Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP is focused on providing development, design, construction, and financial instrument procurement and administration services, from concept to completion, to private, institutional, governmental, and international clients.
Mr. Lehoullier has over forty years of leadership experience in Design and Construction. Prior to joining Trident in 2009, he had a long tenure as Project Executive, Project Manager for a building company in Wilmington, MA.
During the many decades Mr. Lehoullier has provided successful assistance to Owners, Developers, financial institutions, and construction firms, school districts and colleges. His responsibilities have included preconstruction services, construction project analysis, construction project management, value engineering, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
Recent and current projects include, Academic, Residential and Athletic Projects at Merrimack College, North Andover, MA; 7 Salem Schools in the Salem, NH School District; Mark Stebbins Community Center, Manchester, NH; Salem Police Department and South Fire Station, Salem, NH; and Municipal Building Advisory Committee, Salem, NH.

Project Manager
Caitlin Horan serves as a Project Manager for Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP which provides a full array of Owner’s Representation and Project Management services from which a client can select for its specific needs and requirements. The Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP is focused on providing development, design, construction, and financial instrument procurement and administration services, from concept to completion, to private, institutional, governmental, and international clients.
Ms. Horan has over ten years of leadership experience in Design and Construction. Prior to joining Trident in 2018, she worked as a Project Manager at GSD Associates Architects in North Andover, MA.
Her experience includes working with developers, schools and various non-profit organizations with responsibilities including preconstruction services, design services from project conception through construction administration and closeout; presentation of projects to City boards for approval and directed project meetings with Owners and construction teams.
Current projects include: Darling Consulting Group, Newburyport, MA; Pinkerton Academy, Derry, NH, SAU 39 Elementary School, Amherst, NH and Mark Stebbins Community Center, Manchester, NH.

Project Manager
Travis Parker serves as a Project Manager of Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP. Mr. Parker has over 18 years of Project Engineer/Project Manager experience in projects in the United States, Middle East and Asia. During this time, Mr. Parker’s clientele included private developers, universities, various non-profit organizations, federal, local and state municipalities. His responsibilities including overall management of the project team and financial aspects of multiple construction projects (including cost reporting, forecasting, payable, requisitions, and change management), lead role in owner/client dialogue/coordination as well as project updates with subcontractors and owner/clients meetings, working with the preconstruction team (architects/engineers and construction preconstruction division) in developing scope, budget, and schedule, and presentation of projects to City boards for approval.
Current projects include: Mary Immaculate Facade Repairs; Mary Immaculate Generator Replacements; North Shore YMCA Lynch/van Otterloo Locker Room Renovations; North Shore YMCA Pattillo Housing Renovations; Andover/North Andover YMCA Natatorium Renovation; and Baldwin Phase II Building F, Londonderry, NH.

Senior Administrative Manager
Anita Morrill, as Senior Administrative Manager provided over 35 years experience in the construction industry, specializing in contract, insurance, and claims review, requisition review and processing, project cost management oversight, and similar project control efforts.
Actively involved in all contract reviews (including those in which Trident provides assistance to Owners for A/E’s, third-party Consultants, Builders, etc.), insurance requirements and validations, application for payment reviews and verifications, general risk management, all in assistance to Project Management.
Ms. Morrill provides administrative direction to clients and in-house staff, risk management and proper project delivery.

Office Manager
Marielle Baroni-Plante joined Trident in 2023 as Office Manager with a variety of experience in office administration, corporate data investigation, financial support and project organization. Marielle has held several supervisory positions over the past 10 years, the most recent with a large regional/community bank, which is directly reflected in her ability to administer support, direction and guidance to the Trident team and their clients.
Marielle is actively involved in all aspects of Trident accounting and banking relationships for existing and new accounts. She is involved in contract preparation and review, application for payment review and verification, and general risk management reporting while offering her expertise in office administration and staff support to the Trident Project Management team.
