After the previous major renovation and expansion project for our repeat client – Darling Consulting Group of Newburyport, MA – Trident was engaged for their Phase II expansion. Working with the DCG leadership team, Stibler Associates, LLC, for Interior Design, LYF Architects, and Chapman Construction, the team is currently well on its way in the construction process.

Work in Progress

A key feature of this Phase II will be an internal connecting staircase that will increase worker efficiency and add a dramatic architectural focal point. Trident is pleased to be Darling Consulting Group’s OPM on its projects and to be part of the assembled Project Team for this Phase II expansion. Facilitating quality, cost, and schedule control is Trident’s hallmark as we utilize “THE POWER OF MANAGING THE PROCESS.” We look forward to completion and occupancy in September 2025.
