Merrimack College Lecture Hall Completed – Trident Owner’s Project Manager

One of the five (5) lecture halls is ready to receive students

The 19,200 SF Lecture Hall was completed and is now in full use by students and faculty. It is located in the Quad that includes Cushing Hall, Sullivan Hall, and the McQuade Library. Lead by Allison Gill, COO of Merrimack College and her staff, and together with the team of Trident Project Advantage Group, ProCon builders, VHB engineering, and several others, this most current addition to the Merrimack campus was delivered on time and on budget.

Seven (700) hundred seats, across five (5) lecture halls will increase space to promote more active learning environments, facilitating collaboration and ease of exchanging ideas among students and faculty.

The new Lecture Hall continues Merrimack College’s “Together We Rise” initiative to invest in innovative spaces that provide teaching staff with the necessary tools to improve the student learning environment and positive outcomes.

Trident is proud and honored to continue as Merrimack College’s Owner’s Project Manager on the delivery of its strategic plan with state-of-the-art facilities and campus access.
