Merrimack College’s Lawler Arena Receives a Transformative Renovation Anchored by the Gallant Pavilion – Trident OPM

A multi-million dollar repositioning of Merrimack College’s Lawler Arena was commenced this summer that will provide significant renovations and upgrades including the new Gallant Pavilion with premium seating at the north end of the ice rink, enhanced luxury suites, modernized game day club experience, and new designated areas for media broadcasts and the Merrimack Marching Band game performances.

Lawler Arena is home to Merrimack College’s women’s and men’s basketball and hockey teams. Now in Division 1, Merrimack has proven its capabilities in both hockey and basketball.

This venue is going to become a space where we can celebrate our community, the success of our athletic programs, the achievements of our student-athletes, and the enthusiasm that comes with it,” stated Jeremy Gibson, Director of Athletics.
