This time of the year, many are forced inside and disassociated with the outdoor environment for many reasons. The Baldwin has used Biophilic Design to counter this by including a 2-story live planting wall as you approach and enter the Residents common areas. Dimella-Shaffer’s designers skillfully designed this wall as a centerpiece to welcome you. Plantings will ensure seasonal colors accents.

As we progress in completing this unique project this early summer, more welcoming common areas spaces are coming into use.
