The Champagnat Peace Garden – CCHS Campus Transformation

The formal entrance to CCHS in the 1970s had not been utilized in decades. The area has been transformed into the St. Marcellin Champagnat Peace Garden. With the contributions of CCHS student through WALK 2023 and the generous support of donors and benefactors, this area now offers a combination of prayerful solitude, reflective thought, and a collaborative outdoor classroom experience.

The Statue of Our Lady
The Statue of Our Lady

The Statue of Our Lady has found a new home. Our Lady has stood watch over students, faculty, staff, and alumni since being placed in the front yard of the original CCHS school building on Auburn Street, and then various other places on Campus. The base and emblems were carefully repaired and installed by Jim Jacobs a friend of CCHS.
