The MARK STEBBINS COMMUNITY CENTER – Manchester, NH – TRIDENT is OPM

Trident is pleased and honored to have been chosen as the Owner’s Project Manager on this Project honoring a true community-minded and genuine philanthropist Mark Stebbins. Our association with Mr. Stebbins started with his firm’s involvement as a joint venture partner on the Rudman Federal Courthouse in Concord, NH and continued on for decades.

The site location for this most important Project on Manchester’s West Side is a portion of the parcel owned by the Manchester Redevelopment Authority, which has provided a 75-year ground lease to the Community Center.

The 20,000 SF Community Center will be occupied by the Boys & Girls Club as well as Amoskeag Health, continuing their community services to youth and families as they have been for years.

Trident has been providing full OPM services, including site selection assessments, due diligence, conceptual budgets, designer RFP, consultant RFP, and CM/Builder RFP outreach, evaulation and selection assistance. We are firm believers and proud providers of OPM services to community-based service providers.
