Trident is please to announce that we have been selected as the Owner’s Project Managers for the extensive reconfiguration and renovations to the Lobby and Common Areas of the luxury Ritz-Carlton Residences in Downtown Boston, MA.
The Project will involve combining of the Low-Rise and High-Rise Entrance Lobbies into one magnificent welcoming entrance and common area. Improved security, climate control enhancements, 2-story floor to ceiling window wall extended to the back of the port cochere columns, seating areas with coffee/tea/wine bar, a community hearth and fireplace are among the enhancements to the luxury living experience at The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
