Kellingrove Estate is an 18-unit ultra-luxury condominium development in a new, classically inspired 3-story, high-performance building, with secure underground parking.

As a result of Rivier University’s recent master planning efforts, with the design team of Derck & Edson, LLC, this new 34,000 SF Science and Innovation Center is a key component of the University’s strategic plan Vision 2020 and its commitment to Science research.
