Trident Continues its Longstanding Relationship as Owner’s Project Manager to Edgewood, a Lifecare Community

New Hampshire firm to lead project management of $150 Million Independent Care Multi-Use project in Londonderry, New Hampshire

SALEM, N.H. – Trident Project Advantage Group, one of the leading owner’s project management firms in New England, continues its twelve plus years as serving as Edgewood’s Owner’s Project Manager and will oversee the development and construction of the 450,000 SF, 220-unit multi-faceted project as a subdivision of Woodmont Commons, Londonderry, NH Planned Unit Development. To be built on 15-acres, this 450,000 SF, $150 Million project will be unique it its carefully orchestrated urban design characteristics blended with the beauty of former apple orchards and grassy hills, all to enhance its inhabitants experience.

Trident Project Advantage Group will work closely with Marlene Rotering, President and CEO of Edgewood; Bob Coppola, Director of Building and Grounds of Edgewood; the architectural firm of Dimella-Schaefer; the civil engineering firm of SMRT; Whiting-Turner as the CM/Builder; SK Advisors for strategy and capital analysis; as well as many others who make an experienced project team. Baroni, a graduate of MIT and Merrimack College and with over 35 years in development and construction, and his team will work closely with Rotering and Coppola on all phases of Edgewood-Woodmont, including overall management of the project’s design, construction, permitting and cost/schedule management.

The first phase of Edgewood-Woodmont, 220 units with associated support and amenity spaces, is in the design/permitting phase and includes 180 units for Independent Living, 40-units of assisted/memory care, restaurant, café, auditorium, art gallery and more. A formal announcement for the project by Edgewood is being planned.
