Hanover Street Chophouse

The renovation of 10,000 SF on 2 floors of an existing 3-story building that formally housed a local bank, transformed the exterior and interior into an elegant 190-seat upscale steakhouse in the heart of Manchester, NH. Chuck Rolecek, a native of Chicago, assembled a team of professionals to deliver his version of a Chicago style classic steakhouse that would be celebrated in any great city in the United States. Three private dining rooms, wine cellar, wine lockers, public view kitchen, magnificent bar and seating areas, truly provide an unparalleled dining experience in keeping with the reputation of Mr. Rolecek’s other fine facilities.
