Tasked with overseeing the entire development and construction process for Owner Joe Faro’s grand vision of the Tuscan Village in Salem, NH, Trident’s proven experience in large scale, complex, multi-phase project delivery control methods prompted our engagement.
Project team coordination, owner goals and requirements, and schedule/cost control of every phase of this large-scale development of commercial office, medical, retail, residential, hotel, restaurant, and entertainment uses require the attention to detail that Trident skillfully provides to its clients.
Tuscan Village provides a once in a career undertaking as it includes Owner’s Project Management efforts over 2,700,000 SF and $1.2 Billion in initial cost. From master planning, State and local permitting, municipal meetings/requirements, to core roadway/utilities infrastructure, and multiple building and tenant construction and deliveries, Trident is at every step of the process. Construction delivery options, Design Team and multiple Contractor selections and oversight, associated financing packages, are a few of the offerings to the Owner. Facilitating the overall process to ensure success if our goal, all for the Owner’s benefit.
