As a result of Rivier University’s recent master planning efforts, with the design team of Derck & Edson, LLC, this new 34,000 SF Science and Innovation Center is a key component of the University’s strategic plan Vision 2020 and its commitment to Science research.

The project’s architecture expresses complementary features of a villa, made up of calm, quiet areas designed for family life, as well as reception areas, which are open and welcoming.
Edgewood is a LifeCare Community offering independent living, healthcare and support services, which empowers members to be the architects of their own well-being.
